Must be able to work evenings and have a flexible schedule. Responsible for the development of program curriculum and standards to insure that the program’s services are relevant to the needs of the youth and family population serviced, including evidence based programming in coordination with Erie County BFNC Youth Services Department. Conduct ongoing search for grant opportunities alongside Site Supervisor and Program Director to further enhance the Reporting Center/Housing Authority relationship. Coordinate family related services (i.e. housing assistance, crisis intervention, counseling etc.). Provide financial literacy assistance in coordination with Erie County BFNC Hope Center. Engage community in life skill groups /events for youth and parent populations.
