UNLOCKING POTENTIAL and ENRICHING LIVES
Over 125 Years of Serving Our Community
A COVID- 19 STATEMENT
During this time, we continue to serve our current clients and we thank all of our employees who continue to serve.
The safety and well-being of our clients and our employees remain our highest priority.
Although work continues, we remain focused on their safety, health and wellness. We have implemented continual training on cleaning protocols and guidelines for social distancing and other safety precautions.
We continue to keep in contact with County and New York State Departments, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), for the latest health and safety developments and guidelines.
ON-SITE PROGRAMS and SERVICES: We regret that due to the pandemic restrictions and a focus on the safety of both our staff and the public, our on-site programs have ceased until further notice. We ask that the community monitor our Facebook page and website for program updates.
Thank you for your support and understanding as we adjust and plan for the future.
BFNC helped me reach my goals. I wouldn’t be where I am today without them helping me every step of the way.

The BFNC Clothing and Necessity Drives provide food and clothing items that our families need.
For years the BFNC Moot Center has provided much needed socialization and programs for community seniors. The Annual Thanksgiving Dinner is a favorite!
A Neighborhood Fruits Video Series
Neighborhood Fruits is a video series that highlights the stories of The Buffalo Federation of Neighborhood Centers (BFNC) and the historic Buffalo NY Fruit Belt Neighborhood. The series involves raw and real conversations with Fruit Belt neighbors, BFNC staff and other community residents.
We define the gems – the neighbors of the Fruit Belt Neighborhood as the “Fruits” – the diverse legacy builders who continue to add to the history of this rich community and agency.
