Since 1979, the BFNC has been providing a broad range of community-based services to persons with mental illness and developmental disabilities in Buffalo and Erie County. Currently, it is the largest component under the BFNC umbrella, serving over 1300 individuals annually.

We are committed to providing high quality services to our consumers in their chosen environments, in a professional, caring and culturally sensitive manner. The key to our services is that we customize a package of case management, residential, social rehabilitation, financial management, wrap-around and other services to meet the unique needs of each consumer. As with all BFNC programs, our goal is to enable our consumers to achieve their highest level of independence and life satisfaction.
