Mental Health Aides: Relief Work
Must have experience working with adults with active mental health issues;
Rate: $9.20/hr. Assist consumers in group home with ADL's and skill building; recreation & leisure activities, monitor medication compliance and document to standards. Available shifts:

Director/Life Management Services:
Manage components of the agency's Mental Health Services serving 500-550 persistent and seriously mentally ill and MICA consumers. Direct supervise Director/ICM, Q &A, IT positions. Lead agency's planning, collaboration and contract execution efforts with ECDMH, NYSOMH. Create appropriate internal tracking, monitoring and reporting systems; assure systems are used and maintained to accomplish outcome performance; supervise Medicaid billings and audits. Write and/or manage creation of new funding initiatives in line with agency's mission. Represent agency with government agencies, public, private and not-for-profit service providers. This challenging position requires a candidate with a MSW/LMSW and 4 years of program administrative and management experience in disability services, preferably mental illness. Candidate must have strong communication [written and oral] and interpersonal skills; be computer and statistic literate; be familiar with regulatory systems [Medicaid]; be able to create and nurture a team environment; respect consumers and staff; value difference, cultural diversity, collaboration and person-centered services. Position reports to executive director. Requires a valid NYS driver's license.
Coordinator/Supportive Housing Program [SHP]:
Manage staff of 5 and total caseload of 95 adults with mental illness. Provide supervision, planning, monitoring of work product, statistical reports, grant application renewals, adhere to requisite county and federal regulations for unlicensed housing program that provides rent subsidies and case management supports. Participate in and represent agency in EC and civic homeless committees; program management and intra-agency teams; BA or equivalent and 1.5 years in program administration and staff supervision with vulnerable populations. Candidate must have "coaching" temperament, value cultural difference, collaborative efforts and person-centered services. Must be computer literate [word, spreadsheets], have a car and valid NYS driver's license.
Senior Residence Counselor:
Provide leadership to staff of 3-6 persons; manage day-to-day operations of a licensed group home for adults with mental disorders. Engage and develop rapport with residents. Supervise physical plant conditions, schedule staff; maintain charts in audit-ready state, develop menu & social activity calendars, develop and review individual service plans, generate weekly reports, generate billable notes, review incidents, generate
Case Manager/Mental Health:
Manage caseload of 25-30 adults with mental disorders. Coordinate services, advocate, monitor medication compliance, arrange for/transport to medical appointments, connect to entitlements; Facilitate day program/school, work, recreation/leisure skill development; assist with apartment finding and set-ups. Monthly face-to-face contacts in various community settings; maintain audit-ready charts and deliver Person-Centered services. BA in social work or human services and one-year experience with population and some knowledge of MICA population. Candidate must have an even temperament, value cultural difference, collaborative efforts, and person-centered services.

Must have AA in business and 1 year experience in Assistant or Office Manager role or equivalent. Must have even temperament, be cooperative and supportive; be able to relate to mental health populations; self-directed; demonstrated common sense approaches to problem-solving and have good communication skills [verbal & written].
